Quentin has extensive background knowledge and experience in the Call Centre environment. This industry not only commands a thorough passion for implementation but also a deep understanding and appreciation for people.Entering into this industry was due partly to a 4 month journey through Africa on motorcycle where he was deeply moved and amazed by the depth and beauty about the people he encountered while travelling through countries such as South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique – People are his passion. Quentin believes in the power of self reflection and self realisation and that as individuals we all have the capacity to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Quentin worked through all levels management in Call Centre environments. This saw him not only develop people centred policies and processes, implement people focussed change management processes and draw on his academic qualifications to drive strategy but also acted as a mentor, coach and facilitator. Quentin managed Call Centres and their environments for companies such as Vodacom and Educor assisting with technology implementation such as CMS and IVR as well as developing sound Total quality management systems for these environments. His passion for people and their development has resulted in all his coachees being advanced to various levels of junior and senior management.

Quentin’s value-add is his ability to identify and implement efficient processes. His almost 10 years of Call Centre management experience gives him insight as to how these may affect people and he is passionate about people development. He walks the talk – after achieving his AIM qualification he was accepted for the MBA program through the UCT Graduate School of Business. He is currently an associate coach with the Centre for Coaching ( UCT ) and will be continuing his journey by achieving  his international accreditation through the same institution. Quentin is also an accedited e-scale and enneagram profiling practioner through ADFEN International.
